Bringing a form of Identification with you to register is really important. We need to see a form of ID from every candidate that registers with us, this is so we can verify who you are and proves your right to work in this country.
By providing us with ID we can confirm your date of birth and your nationality. This information is vital for payroll purposes and for applying for Port ID Cards and some positions.
We scan your ID, driving licences and cards in our TrustId scanner, a document validation checker to ensure all documents presented are genuine. We attach any documents that you bring into us on to your file to make sure you are fully compliant and able to be sent out work.
Forms of ID you should bring with you:
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- National Identity Card
- Driving licence – we don’t accept this on its own so one of the above needs to be provided too
