Once you have registered with us our consultants work hard behind the scenes to get you interviews or training for any suitable vacancies that we feel could be a good match to your current skills and level of experience.
Sometimes it is not possible to put you forward for an interview straight away as you may not have the required level of experience or skills for current roles we have available. Clients are often looking for the right candidate who doesn’t need too much training and can just step into the role, we will discuss this with you at the time of registration and that is why we like to meet all of our candidates face to face. We do, from time to time get vacancies that don’t require experience where the client is happy to offer full training.
We do advise that once you have registered if there are no immediate vacancies that we can put you forward for then please keep in contact with the consultant you have been assigned to. We get lots of candidates come in to register every day and sometimes it is hard to remember everyone so do call or email to keep us updated of your situation and to ask about any updates in your job search.
