Job Description

Our well established Freight Forwarding client based in EC2, near Liverpool Street is looking for an Office Administrator.

Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years admin experience, ideally within a logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:
General Office Tasks: Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Reception Duties: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate staff members or meeting rooms.
Administrative Support: Help with data entry, invoicing, maintaining office supplies, and organizing company events.
Document Management: Prepare and manage documents, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate departments.
Meeting Coordination: Book meeting rooms, organize refreshments, and assist with scheduling.

Skills and Qualifications:
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience:

Ideally 1 years experience in an administrative role
Experience working in the logistics industry would be advantageous
Excellent Microsoft skills
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm

Salary
£25,000 to £28,000 p/a depending on experience
